Quinn Caya
Quinn Caya, LAc, MS, Dipl.OM specializes in chronic and difficult health conditions, holistic pain management, anxiety, depression, and athletic performance and recovery. His clinical approach is informed by natural living traditions and direct experience in mind-body practices as pathways of healing and personal growth.

Since childhood, Caya felt compelled to ease suffering in the lives of others which lead him into healthcare. As a child, he lived in an intentional community centered around meditation, yoga and personal development. Caya has been involved in natural medicine, meditation and movement arts for most of his life. In adolescence, he developed an interest in the therapeutic significance of food and herbs, began practicing and eventually teaching qigong, martial arts and yoga. In 2004, he co-founded a center for acupuncture, yoga and martial arts. He pursued degrees in somatic neuro-fascial and bio-mechanical therapeutics, acupuncture and East Asian medicine. Caya has lead courses and seminars in universities, public schools, yoga and wellness centers. His clinical experience includes private clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities. Witnessing the use of acupuncture and traditional herbal medicine alongside western medicine inside China's hospital setting was particularly inspiring to his professional practice.

In patient care, Caya utilizes acupuncture, Chinese and East Asian Herbology, lifestyle design optimization, nutrient supplementation, manual therapy (Tui Na & neural-fascial techniques) and posture, breath & movement integration practices.
