CANCELLATION POLICY

Please note that missed appointments and cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time are subject to a full appointment fee. Appointments cancelled after 5pm one business day prior to a scheduled appointment will be billed for the full appointment fee.

This policy applies to ALL appointments including those scheduled with a promotional voucher or gift certificate.

Please be respectful of your practitioner’s time. When an appointment is scheduled for you, that time is reserved only for you and is not available to other patients. A late cancellation or missed appointment leaves a hole in the practitioner’s schedule that could have been filled by another patient. As such, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment, will be subject to a the full appointment fee.

If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a week to three days notice is greatly appreciated so that that time may be made available to those on the wait list. 


INSURANCE COVERAGE

We do not accept insurance at this time. 

Upon request, we can provide ‘super bill’ receipts for patients who wish to pursue reimbursement from their insurance company however, our office does not under any circumstances communicate with insurance companies at this time.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit card payments are accepted.
