Fees range per treatment type. Cash, credit card, check accepted. Payment due at time of service.

INSURANCE COVERAGE

We accept Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont only.

​

Upon request, we can provide ‘super bill’ receipts for patients who wish to pursue reimbursement from their insurance company however, our office does not under any circumstances communicate with insurance companies at this time.

Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and Health Savings Account (HSA) debit card payments are accepted.
