Dr. Andrle’s mission is to approach wellness goals on an individualized, personal basis and to empower patients to take wellness into their own hands though education. She works WITH you to achieve all your health needs and goals. With specializations in correcting chronic pain patterns, full body biomechanics and performance optimization, childhood development (physical and behavioral), and digestive issues, she is able to address a wide variety of health concerns. Additional treatment interests include women’s health, autonomic regulation, hormone balancing, and nutrition response testing.
From a young age, Christina knew that she was naturally good at hands on approaches and was full of passion for learning and compassionate for those around her and the natural world. She engaged deeply in the studies of cognitive psychology, peace and conflict resolution, international affairs, ecological preservation, comparative religions, spirituality and the movement arts in undergrad. Additionally, being a high-performance athlete taught Christina how to use her body and understand the breakdowns. After years of living and traveling abroad in Europe “letting the world be her teacher”, she began her journey of studying medicine, Chiropractic Arts, Traditional Chinese Medicine, meditation, gigong, and other movement/internal arts, and Axial Stability Method.
Dr. Andrle is familiar with and utilizes techniques and tools including, but not limited to: activator technique, SOT blocking, diversified adjusting, cranio-sacral techniques, rehabilitation training, Foundation Training, dietary therapy, supplement consults, acupuncture, cupping, guasha, moxibustion, and traditional Chinese medical massage. Her Chiropractic approach combines many of these tools into a comprehensive treatment system called Axial Stability Method.
